Hi!

The ETI system started as a Region 3 initiative in 1994. It was originally e-mail based and with the advent of the web became one of the first Region 3 Web Services. This project has been hosted by the University of Alabama in Birmingham Student Branch for Region 3 since it's inception. Several waves of student developers have contributed to the three versions of the system over the 10+ years of operation -- thanks all (and stay in touch!). We thank CorpTech for their support over the years in providing us very favorable terms to make employer data available to IEEE members seeking jobs.

Like all things, it has become time to shut this system as the present system would need substantial refurbishing to continue and alternate systems exist to serve the same need. We thank you for your interest and encouragement. We wish you good luck in your job hunting and career activities that have brought you here.
